- You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of c6zz, or an immediate family member of such a person.
- You are not using a VPN, proxy service, or other technology to misrepresent your geographic location.
c6zz reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable period will result in suspension of your account pending verification. c6zz may decline to accept registrations from individuals in certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access betting and gaming services on c6zz, you are required to open a single registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration including your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. c6zz may at any time request supporting documentation to verify this information.
- Each individual may hold only one active c6zz account. Opening or using multiple accounts, including accounts held in another person's name, is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed.

- You must notify c6zz immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. c6zz will investigate reported unauthorised access and may suspend your account during the investigation period.
c6zz may suspend, restrict, or close any account that we reasonably believe has been registered using false information, is being operated by a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria, or is being used for any purpose that breaches these Terms. Where funds are held in a suspended or closed account, c6zz will determine their disposition in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
c6zz accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests through a range of payment methods available to Bangladeshi players. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary by payment method and is displayed at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. c6zz does not accept deposits from third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit, subject to payment provider limitations.
- c6zz may request KYC documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and is required under our compliance obligations.
- c6zz does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their payment provider.

4. Bonuses and Promotions
c6zz offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:
- Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on the promotion page.
- Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. c6zz reserves the right to decline or withdraw bonus offers where abuse or misuse is suspected.
- c6zz reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.

5. Responsible Gaming
c6zz is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The following responsible gaming provisions are mandatory and non-waivable:
- Every registered player may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Players may request a time-out period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks at any time. During a time-out, the player's account is temporarily suspended and no deposits or bets can be placed.
- Players who feel they need a longer break may request a self-exclusion of between 6 months and 5 years. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
- c6zz will not knowingly send promotional or bonus offers to any player who has set a self-exclusion or is under an active time-out restriction.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Opening or using more than one account, including the use of another person's account or details.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in any way not intended by c6zz.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using c6zz for money laundering or any other financial crime.
- Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of such exploitation will be void and forfeited.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing c6zz staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the platform.
c6zz takes all reports of prohibited conduct seriously. If you become aware of any player engaging in prohibited conduct, you are encouraged to report it to our support team. Reports will be treated in strict confidence.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the c6zz platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio and video clips, game assets, and the overall design and layout of the website (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of c6zz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Content beyond the limited licence to use the Service for its intended purpose as a registered player.

Unauthorised use of any Content may expose you to civil and criminal liability. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c6zz's liability to you is limited as follows:
